You may cancel any recurring membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive benefits until then. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
Send an email from the address on your account to hello@shopmaisonvera.xyz with the subject line Cancel Membership. Include your full name and the email used at checkout. We will send written confirmation within one business day.
