You may cancel any recurring membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive your benefits until then. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
To cancel, email hello@shopmaisonvera.xyz from the address on your account with the subject line "Cancel Membership", call +1 (915) 274-8302, or visit our cancellation page. You will receive written confirmation within one business day. The Atelier package is a one-time purchase and does not require cancellation.
Atelier is a single one-time charge — it is not a subscription and will not renew. Unworn, unwashed apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@shopmaisonvera.xyz with photos and we will replace or refund at no cost.
Email hello@shopmaisonvera.xyz with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
